Conclusion of the sales contract
When you decide to purchase a property from Toroslar (Toroslar construction), we will make an official sales contract between the Seller and the Buyer or a tripartite contract between the seller, buyer and agent. The contract specifies the information of buyers, sellers, the acquired object real estate, information on the cost of the object and the conditions of payment. The contract will be made in two languages -English and Turkish, and signed by all parties.
At the conclusion of the contract the buyer usually makes a deposit and its amount varies depending on the buyer's options. The rest will be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule specified in the contract. Payment of property can be made in cash or by bank transfer directly to the account of the company Toroslar (Toroslar Construction).
Getting TAX number in Turkey
As a potential taxpayer you will need to obtain an individual tax identification number. To do this you will need your original passport and a photocopy.
Title deed or Tapu
After completion of the necessary checks, obtaining appropriate permits from government agencies and the final payments to the value of the acquired real estate buyer gets a title deed (Tapu). A title deed registration procedure takes place in the local Land Registry Office (State Registration Chamber) in the presence of the Buyer, the Seller (or their respective legal representatives), as well as officially accredited interpreter. Carried out in the presence of an employee of the cadastral management acquisition procedure consists in the census documents for real estate to the buyer, with the consent of the seller. As the legal owner, your name and details will appear on a cadastral records office, one copy will be given to you and another will deposit with the real estate registration office.
